Pandora Family Medicine offers comprehensive family medicine services, including physical exams, chronic disease management, women’s health, on-site lab work, immunizations, and wellness visits.


You can book an appointment online using the Healow app or call our office directly. Same-day appointments may be available.


Please bring a valid ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records.


We offer care in both English and Spanish to better serve our diverse community.


Yes, we provide USCIS-compliant immigration physicals with guaranteed completion and no expiring forms. Our physician is not only board-certified with extensive clinical experience but also deeply committed to serving immigrant communities with empathy, accuracy, and respect.


No! All exam forms are guaranteed to be completed and do not expire.


Yes, we provide on-site blood work and lab services for your convenience.


We accept most major insurance providers. Below is a list of commonly accepted plans:

Don’t see your plan listed? We’re happy to help. We are accepting new insurances everyday. Please contact our office to confirm coverage or discuss options.


Yes, the Healow app allows you to securely message your provider, view test results, and manage your health records.


Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
One-time exceptions may be granted for emergencies or inclement weather.


Our hours may vary slightly by day, but we typically operate Monday through Friday. Please check our Contact page for current hours.


Yes, we offer telehealth visits for certain conditions and follow-ups. Please contact our office to find out if your appointment qualifies.


During your first appointment, we’ll review your medical history, current health concerns, and goals. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any paperwork.


You can request a refill through the Healow app, your pharmacy, or by calling our office. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing.


We recommend scheduling an appointment to avoid wait times, but walk-ins may be accepted based on availability.
