These examinations include all elements required by the USCIS, with bloodwork, vaccines and paperwork completed onsite. Please bring a valid photo ID (passport, employment authorization, license or ID).

- You should be prepared with your childhood immunization records.
- If you do not have records, the doctor will scan the Maryland and DC immunization databases for your records. We provide a complimentary lab draw for immunity to MMR, varicella and hepatitis B.
- If you are lacking a vaccine, you can get it at our clinic covered by insurance.
- If you need to pay out-of-pocket for vaccines, the following prices apply:
