While Dr. Gougian is passionate about providing the highest quality management of weight loss and diabetes, she would be delighted to serve as your first call for everything else.
She prides herself in providing comprehensive care true to her Family Medicine training, In fact, she is still faculty for residency program where she completed her training.
If she cannot provide you the service you need, she will give you a referral.
Immigration Exams
Dr. Gougian is a US Civil Surgeon approved to perform immigration examinations for individuals seeking permanent residency (Green Card) as required by the USCIS. These appointments are available most Mondays and Fridays from 1PM - 4PM. Online scheduling is preferred.
The fee for the examination is $495.
The fee includes a physical exam, collection and processing of labs, a review of vaccine records, and completion of I-693 form.
Fee is payable by credit card. We do not accept checks or cash.
We do not accept insurance for the exam.
There is a $50 discount if using insurance to pay separately for your labs.
There is a $100 discount for refugee or asylum seekers (applicants who do not need labs).
Anti-aging Skin Care and Hair Care
Controlling acne and keeping skin looking youthful is possible with the right medicated skin care regimen.
We provide advice and topical skin care prescriptions to meet your needs.
In office dermatological procedures including Botox/Jeauveau, IPL treatment for Rosacea, skin tag removal, cyst removal, biopsy and more.
We recommend and offer SkinCeuticals and Nutrafol products as vitamins for healthy skin and hair.
